Now that that's been said, the possibilities of a lengthy time period may occur between posts. I ask for your patience. Paranormal investigation is currently a part-time adventure, as I work full time.
These types of investigations are slow coming. Starting up a new business, especially one like this can be slower than expected. Some people are afraid that an investigation can make a current scary situation worse. Not understanding that talking to the haunt; finding out the why, what and where can and usually does defuse the issue. Most haunts are people who didn't cross over to go home because they don't feel they have the right to go home, due to their activities while they were alive. Some got lost, or they have unfinished business on earth, or then just don't want to leave.
Residual ghost hauntings. These spirits live the same day over and over every day, not knowing where they are and what they're doing, this is normal for them as they don't know their reliving the same day over and over. They're not aware of us as they live in that one specific day of their lives continuously. Their surroundings look, smell and are the exact same as that day they are stuck in. This type of haunt is usually harmless; but if the client is aware, senses and or sees them and, if it makes the client's daily life uncomfortable and they usually want them to be liberated.
There is more than one way to set this type of haunt free. Sometimes they are attached to an object in the house; simply removing that object can rectify the problem. However, some are a little more difficult to solve due to the spirit is unaware that they have died.
There are many reasons why hauntings occur and many kinds of haunts. Some are human spirits, but some are lower class demons and/or other entities. These tend to be more difficult and requires more to remove them.
